Digital delivery policy
Effective September 13, 2026
Your ROWE purchase is digital. This page explains how to access your book or membership and what to do if you need help. There is no physical package to ship and no return postage to arrange.
Receiving your book
The standalone book is delivered in the file format or formats stated on the product listing. Follow the download instructions supplied with your purchase. Please check the listing before ordering so you know which files are included.
Opening Say It Once
Membership provides access to Say It Once using the email address from your purchase. Follow your purchase instructions and sign in with that same email so your account can be matched to the membership. The offer includes a complimentary book on joining; a renewal does not create a separate book purchase.
If a download or login does not work
- Check the email address used at checkout and look for the purchase or access instructions, including in your spam folder.
- If you are opening the app, use the email associated with your purchase.
- If the problem continues, email support@blairrowe.com with your order number or purchase email and a brief description of the problem.
You do not need to place another order to report a delivery problem. Do not send a password, sign-in code, full card details, or private chatbot conversations to support.
Download links and personal use
Your files, download links, and account access are for your personal use. Do not share links or credentials or redistribute the book. If a link expires or you cannot retrieve a purchased file, contact support for help.
Membership access and refunds
Membership renews monthly until canceled. Canceling stops future renewal charges; chatbot access continues through the current paid period, subject to the included usage allowance. Access for a refunded period may end sooner. Delivery failures, refund eligibility, and mandatory consumer rights are addressed in our Refund Policy.
