Privacy policy
Effective September 13, 2026
Welcome to ROWE. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit blairrowe.com, make a purchase, use Say It Once at app.blairrowe.com, or contact us. It also explains why we use that information, who helps us process it, and the choices available to you.
The store and the chatbot handle different kinds of information. Shopping and advertising activity is explained separately from the private content you choose to submit in the app. You can contact support@blairrowe.com with a question or privacy request at any time.
Information we collect and why
Contact, account, and purchase information: your name, email, billing details, order and transaction identifiers, subscription status, and information you choose to give support. We use this to process orders, deliver digital products, verify paid access, manage renewals and refunds, respond to requests, and maintain tax and accounting records. Payment providers process payment-card information; Say It Once does not store full card numbers or security codes.
Store activity: IP address, browser and device information, cookies, pages viewed, interactions, referral information, and purchase events. We use these to operate and secure the store, remember preferences, understand visits, measure advertising, and improve the shopping experience, subject to applicable consent and opt-out requirements.
App content: the messages and text you submit, relevant conversation context, generated responses, saved observations, notes, and memory you choose to keep. We process this content to provide requested AI responses and saved-record features, apply automated safety checks, and troubleshoot the service. The app also processes sign-in, subscription, usage, rate-limit, and security events. Information comes from you, your use of the service, and providers that help us process purchases and operate accounts.
Relationship content may reveal sensitive personal information. Only submit what you want processed, avoid unnecessary identifying details about other people, and make sure you have the right to share submitted material. Do not send private conversations or full payment-card details to request a refund.
AI processing and app providers
Generating responses requires sending your message and relevant conversation or memory context through OpenRouter to the AI providers used for the request, including DeepInfra and/or Alibaba Cloud (Qwen). A request may involve more than one provider for response generation and checking. These providers process the relevant content; the app is not an offline or end-to-end encrypted service.
Fly.io hosts the app, Tigris stores encrypted backups, and Resend delivers sign-in and service emails. Shopify processes purchases and payments, and Seal Subscriptions administers recurring subscriptions. Billing events help the app verify access, renewals, refunds, and cancellations. The app does not send your relationship conversations to Shopify or Seal for billing.
We do not sell your app conversations, use them for advertising, or use them to train our own foundation models. Authorized personnel may access information when needed to provide support, investigate problems, protect the service, or meet legal obligations. This is not a promise that no person can ever access content. Third-party provider retention and processing are governed by their applicable terms and obligations; deleting content in our app does not itself delete a provider's records.
Shopify and storefront analytics
Shopify hosts our store and processes information to provide checkout, payment, security, analytics, and related commerce services. Shopify may process information for its own purposes as described in its Consumer Privacy Policy. Payment methods and other services you choose may also have their own privacy notices.
Our storefront uses Microsoft Clarity to understand website interactions through usage metrics, heatmaps, and session replay. Microsoft collects or receives information about your use of the storefront through cookies and similar technologies to help us improve the site and advertising, and for Microsoft's advertising, security, and fraud-prevention purposes. See the Microsoft Privacy Statement for details.
The storefront also uses Meta's Facebook advertising integration to measure and improve advertisements using site and purchase events. Depending on your choices and applicable law, advertising providers may receive online identifiers, contact identifiers, and event information. Disclosures for targeted advertising can count as a sale or sharing of personal information under certain state laws even where no money is exchanged. The app-content commitments above do not mean that the Shopify storefront has no analytics or advertising technologies.
Cookies and your advertising choices
Cookies and similar technologies support the cart, checkout, sign-in, security, preferences, analytics, and advertising. Some last only for a session; others remain until they expire or you remove them. Browser settings can restrict or remove cookies, but this can affect store functions and does not necessarily stop every server-side disclosure.
Use the store's privacy-choice controls where displayed, or email support@blairrowe.com to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising where applicable. Where applicable law recognizes browser opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control, those signals can also communicate your privacy choice. Contact us if you need help exercising that choice. Browser-based preferences can apply only to that browser or device; contact us for account-related requests. You can also use Shopify privacy controls and the privacy controls offered by Microsoft and Meta.
You can unsubscribe from promotional emails using their unsubscribe link. Necessary purchase, security, and subscription messages may still be sent. Marketing choices do not cancel a subscription.
Retention and deletion
We retain store purchase, subscription, refund, and support records for as long as reasonably needed to fulfill the purchase, provide support, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet accounting, tax, and other legal obligations. Retention depends on the record's purpose and applicable requirements; a deletion request may not remove records we must retain.
App content remains until you delete it or request deletion. Canceling billing does not delete your account or saved records. Available deletion controls remove the relevant content from active systems. Encrypted app backups and ordinary technical logs under our control are ordinarily rotated or purged within 30 days, so deleted content may remain in a secured backup until rotation completes. Limited records may be retained for legal obligations, security, or an ongoing dispute. Our backup cycle does not control separate billing or AI-provider retention.
Your browser may retain local drafts or downloaded exports. Clearing server-side content does not remove copies already saved to your device. A downloaded export is a copy of your records, not continued chatbot access.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may request access to or a copy of your information, correction, deletion, portability, withdrawal of consent, restriction or objection to processing, or an opt-out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling. Contact support@blairrowe.com. Tell us what you are requesting and the account or purchase email; do not send sensitive documents unless we explain why they are needed through an appropriate process.
We may reasonably verify identity and an authorized agent's authority before acting. Rights are subject to applicable exceptions, including required financial records and the rights of others. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and explain a denial. To appeal a denied request where an appeal right applies, reply to our decision or email support@blairrowe.com with the subject Privacy appeal. You may also complain to the appropriate regulator or state attorney general. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.
Security, legal disclosures, and processing locations
We use safeguards intended to protect personal information, but no service or transmission is perfectly secure. Someone with access to your device or email may be able to access your account. The app's quick-exit feature does not erase browsing history, sign you out, or protect against device monitoring.
Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights and safety, prevent fraud, or complete a business transfer subject to appropriate protections. Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use legally required safeguards for international transfers. Where a lawful basis is required, processing is based on providing the service, consent, legal obligations, or legitimate interests such as security, subject to applicable rights.
Adults only
Our products and app are intended for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information or knowingly sell or share minors' information for targeted advertising. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and address deletion as required.
Changes to this policy
We may update this notice when our practices or services change. The effective date appears above, and we provide notice or seek consent for material changes when required.
