Welcome to ROWE. These Terms explain the conditions for using our website, purchasing our digital book, and joining Say It Once. References to ROWE, we, us, and our mean the operator identified in the contact section below. Please read these Terms together with our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
Eligibility and service
Say It Once is intended for adults 18 and older. It is an AI guide applying the book's method, not a personal conversation with its author. Responses can be incorrect or incomplete. It does not provide therapy, diagnosis, professional legal or medical advice, emergency monitoring, or a guarantee about another person's behavior. Do not rely on it for urgent safety decisions. If you are in immediate danger in the United States, call 911; for suicide or crisis support, call or text 988.
Purchases and recurring membership
The standalone book costs $19.99 USD as a one-time purchase. Say It Once costs $15 USD per month, plus any applicable taxes, and includes one complimentary book on joining. Membership charges recur monthly until canceled; renewal does not create a new complimentary-book entitlement. The checkout shows the charge and recurring terms before purchase. We obtain your agreement to recurring billing. There is no free trial unless a specific offer expressly provides one.
Your included AI usage
Membership includes a limited AI usage allowance, not unlimited conversations. The number of responses available varies with the length and complexity of requests. The allowance resets at the beginning of each calendar month in UTC, rather than on your billing anniversary. If you reach the allowance, new AI responses pause until the reset; your saved notes remain available. There are no automatic usage-overage charges. Material changes to pricing or benefits require advance notice and any consent required by law; they are not applied retroactively to a paid period.
Canceling and accessing your records
To stop renewal, use the subscription-management link associated with your purchase. If you cannot access it or need assistance, email support@blairrowe.com. Cancel before your next renewal is processed to avoid that charge. Cancellation does not carry a cancellation fee.
Canceling stops future renewals. Chatbot access ends when the current paid subscription period expires, subject to the included usage allowance while active. The Refund Policy governs eligible full refunds; access for a refunded period may end sooner. Exporting saved records does not provide a working copy of the app, the AI model, or ongoing chatbot access. Limited access to retrieve or delete records, where provided, is separate from paid chatbot functionality. This does not limit any access, deletion, or portability rights that apply under privacy law; requests may be made through support.
Personal-use license
Purchasing the book grants a personal, nonexclusive license to read your copy. Membership grants personal access while entitled. You may not share account credentials or download links, resell the book or membership, publicly distribute copyrighted book content, bypass access or usage controls, scrape the service, or use it unlawfully. These limits do not restrict rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. You retain any rights you have in content you submit and authorize only the processing needed to provide and secure the service as described in the Privacy Policy.
Do not upload other people's sensitive information unnecessarily. You are responsible for having the right to submit material. We do not ask for intimate chat transcripts to process a refund.
Reliability and suspension
We cannot promise uninterrupted availability, perfect AI accuracy, or any relationship outcome. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, unlawful use, or material misuse. We will explain the restriction when practical and lawful. Restrictions do not remove remedies for services not supplied or rights that cannot be excluded. A disclaimer is not a replacement for delivering the purchased service or honoring advertised guarantees.
Disputes and mandatory rights
You may contact support to seek an informal resolution, without delaying or waiving legal rights. New Jersey law governs to the extent permitted by applicable law, without overriding mandatory protections available where you live. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, limits lawful consumer complaints or honest reviews, or prevents a permitted payment dispute.
We will give notice of material changes as required. Changes do not retroactively remove purchase rights.
Which purchase terms apply
For purchases made through this store, the Refund Policy and these purchase and cancellation terms govern if older app wording conflicts with them. In particular, older wording that fees are generally non-refundable does not remove the refund guarantees stated here.
