Refund policy
Effective September 13, 2026
Thank you for choosing ROWE. We want you to understand your options before you buy and know where to turn if something is not right. This policy explains the guarantees for the book and Say It Once membership, how to request a refund, and what happens to your access.
Your refund options at a glance
- Book purchased separately: request a full refund within 90 days of purchase.
- First membership payment: request a full refund within three days (72 hours) of the initial charge, once per customer.
- Accidental renewal: request a full refund within 72 hours of the renewal charge if you have not used paid AI features during that renewed period.
The sections below explain these windows and how to get help. These guarantees do not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
Book purchased separately
For a standalone purchase of Castles Want Queens, Not Princesses, request a full refund within 90 days of purchase if it is not for you. Downloading or reading the book does not disqualify you. No explanation of your results or proof of completing exercises is required. There is no physical item to return. You may retain a copy already downloaded for personal use; resale, public posting, and redistribution remain prohibited. This does not promise that a refunded download link will stay available indefinitely.
Your first three days of membership
For your first Say It Once membership purchase, request a full refund within 72 hours of the initial charge. You do not need to demonstrate a particular outcome or submit exercises. This introductory refund applies once per customer and does not restart on rejoining. The complimentary book has no separately paid price and no separate cash redemption value. We do not deduct its standalone retail price from an eligible membership refund.
Accidental renewals
If you did not intend to renew, request a refund within 72 hours of that renewal charge. This refund applies when you have not used paid AI features during the renewed period. Logging in solely to cancel, check billing, request help, or exercise privacy rights does not count as using paid AI features. We assess eligibility using billing and usage-event records, without requiring your private conversations. We do not charge a cancellation fee.
Cancellation and access
Your membership renews monthly until canceled. Use the subscription-management link associated with your purchase, or contact support@blairrowe.com if you cannot access it. Canceling stops future renewal charges. Your chatbot access continues until the end of the current paid subscription period, subject to the included usage allowance, and then ends. An eligible full refund may end access for the refunded period sooner. Cancellation is separate from an eligible refund request; request both if you want both. Deleting the app or your account does not itself cancel the billing subscription.
Eligible refunds under the first-payment and accidental-renewal policies above are full refunds of the relevant membership charge. We do not ordinarily calculate partial refunds for unused days or unused AI allowance. This does not affect the billing-error, service-not-supplied, or legal-rights provisions below.
How to request a refund
- Email support@blairrowe.com from your purchase email, or include your order number so we can locate the charge.
- Tell us whether your request concerns the standalone book, your first membership payment, or an accidental renewal.
- If you also want to stop future membership charges, tell us you want to cancel, or use your subscription-management link.
You do not need to submit completed exercises or private conversations. Please do not send full payment-card details. If you cannot access your purchase email, contact us so we can help verify the purchase.
Billing errors and your rights
We address duplicate or incorrect charges, charges after an effective cancellation, and paid services not supplied separately from the discretionary windows above. These windows do not limit refunds or other remedies required by applicable law. We do not require you to give up the right to dispute a charge. Contacting us first may help resolve an issue, but is not a condition of exercising that right. A charge cannot be recovered twice; we coordinate pending disputes and refunds to avoid duplicate reimbursement.
Receiving your refund
Eligible refunds go to the original payment method. Your payment provider controls when the credit appears. We honor any more favorable guarantee applicable to your purchase when it was made; later policy changes do not retroactively reduce it.
